Planning Strategies for Distributed PV-Storage Using a Distribution Network Based on Load Time Sequence Characteristics Partitioning

At present, due to the fact that large-scale distributed photovoltaics can access distribution networks and there is a mismatch between load demand photovoltaic output time, it difficult for traditional planning meet partition-based control of high permeability grid-connected operations. As solution this problem, paper proposes method storage partitions. First all, partitioning electrical distance modularity based on voltage/active power voltage/reactive presented, along with modified AP-TD-K-medoids trilevel clustering algorithm was designed cluster partition network. In addition, according results, bilevel co-ordination model developed. The upper level aimed minimize annual comprehensive cost which decision variables are capacity, energy each partition. lower system network losses, installation capacity location intrapartition node. Finally, we adopted particle swarm iterative adaptive weight solve model, simulation carried out IEEE33 nodes. results show rationality effectiveness method.
